A GONA is a culturally grounded, strengths-based framework that brings community members together in a safe and respectful environment to explore historical and intergenerational trauma, strengthen relationships, and encourage personal and collective growth. The training incorporates traditional values, storytelling, group activities, and guided reflection to support emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
