Caregiver Program
The Caregiver Program is designed to relieve the primary caregiver of their duties. Being a caregiver can be stressful, anyone who provides care and/or support services for an older individual who is 55 or older for reasons of illness, frailty or who cannot manage independently without assistance is eligible.
