R.I.S.E./988 Lifeline

The R.I.S.E. (Raising Interest in Suicide Education) Program provides quality care and resources to the Native American population that may be at risk of suicide and other mental health issues.

We aim to provide suicide prevention education for families and our service area communities. We provide risk assessments and referrals to qualified Licensed Professional Counselor with cultural practice.

The 988 Lifeline provides 24/7, confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis, emotional distress, or mental-health related distress. By call or texting 988, you’ll connect to a local community mental health professional with the Lifeline network. For TTY users: Use your preferred relay service or dial 711 then 988.

There are specialized services for LGBTQI+ youth, veterans, someone who is depressed, needs to talk, or contemplating suicide. 988 Lifeline counselors are here to listen and support you through whatever difficult times you may be experiencing.

Tribal Youth Connections

Prevents underaged drinking and non-medical use of prescription drugs in ages 13-24.
