Our Objective & Goal

The ARPA Department’s overall objective is to assist and satisfy each client and their household who may be facing a financial crisis that could put them at risk for utility services interruption or eviction/displacement.

The ultimate goal is to promote safe and stable homes among our tribal members by utilizing resources within the tribal organization as well as outside entities when deemed necessary.

National Programs

Response Household Assistance Program (RHAP)

ARPA-funded, serving adult tribal member homeowners in the USA 18 years of age or older.

Homeowners Assistance Fund (HAF) Program

U.S. Department of the Treasury, serving adult tribal member homeowners in the USA.

Oklahoma-Specific Programs

Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)

Federal grant funding, serving Oklahoma tribal members 18 years of age and older.

Community Service Block Grant (CSBG)

Federal grant funding, serving Oklahoma tribal members. Age limit depends on services applied for.
